COVID-19 Update: We’re here for you during the Coronavirus crisis
This is an update on the Coronavirus pandemic and the services we are offering for the next two weeks with updates to follow weekly.
The office is open and only offering limited service to to patients who:
- Need to receive an infusion or injection as part of their regularly scheduled care.
- Urgent need for an injection for an acute flare of joint or body pain: joint, bursa, and muscle.
- New patients.
All scheduled or acute visits will be handled by the phone or Skype and Facetime. Medicare will cover these as they would if you were seen in person.
Commercial insurance companies have not yet approved electronic visits, so any E-Visits will be self-pay and we will be looking to submit to commercial insurance carriers in the future if permitted. If they approve, you will be reimbursed of any self-pay fees paid to us for these services during this time since March 18 2020.
We are well prepared to provide E-Visits since we have been offering them to our patients for the past 10 years on a regular basis under certain circumstances.
This will be our policy to reduce the traffic of people in the office to minimum.
Only essential services will be available from Arthritis Health. This will be revised every Friday, updates will be sent by emails and posted on our website. If you have not registered to receive our emails, then please subscribe to our newsletter.
